- No Cancellations – All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! However, if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will be happy to assist. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process. The item must be unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
